Cyclone Aila and relief work by Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission

Cyclone Aila which started on May 21 has cause huge Damage in the region of Bangladesh, India and Myanmar. This Cyclone caused heavy rains, wind, and an enormous storm surge of seawater that pushed inland and damaged or virtually destroyed thousands of homes in India, Bangladesh and Myanmar. According to the Reports, around 23 Lakh people were affected by Aila Cyclone.

In the Wake of Destruction, loss of Life and Property - Sri Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission is engaged in Relief operations to help cyclone victims in West Bengal and Bangladesh. They are distributing Food, Water, Hygiene Kits and other required Stuff.
